Introduction

Welcome to bociltoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and bociltoto governing your access to and use of the online casino, sports betting, and related gaming services available at bociltoto.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, accepting any promotion, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform, and you must not register an account or place any wagers. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to bociltoto is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Bociltoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be immediately closed. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To open an Account on bociltoto, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address;
• Not be currently self-excluded from bociltoto or any other gambling platform where such exclusion may apply;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the bociltoto Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different identities, or through associated devices and IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bociltoto reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bonuses, promotions, and winnings linked to duplicate registrations.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Bociltoto is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence not older than 90 days showing your residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by bociltoto may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure in accordance with clause 11 of these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

4.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Bociltoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bociltoto support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be taken.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information associated with your Account — including your registered name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal information must be communicated to the bociltoto support team promptly, and may be subject to re-verification.

4.3 Sole Responsibility for Wagers

All bets, wagers, and transactions placed through your Account are your sole responsibility. Bociltoto will not reverse or cancel confirmed wagers on the basis that you were unaware of game rules, odds conditions, or applicable bonus restrictions at the time of placing a bet.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Bociltoto supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) on TRC20 and ERC20 networks.

The minimum deposit amount is RM20. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Users at higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated transaction limits as outlined in the VIP Programme terms.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bociltoto are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for approved accounts that have completed KYC verification. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• The Account has not yet completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the threshold requiring enhanced review;
• There are active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements on the Account;
• The request is flagged for fraud review or AML (anti-money laundering) screening;
• The receiving payment method experiences technical delays outside bociltoto's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a method verified during KYC as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Bociltoto will not transfer funds to payment accounts or wallets registered in a name other than the Account holder's verified legal name.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency payment method, in which case applicable conversion rates at the time of transaction will apply. Bociltoto does not charge currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, and free-bet offers awarded by bociltoto are subject to these general terms and any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of those funds or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

• A bonus of RM100 with a x15 wagering requirement requires total eligible wagers of RM1,500 before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• Only wagers on eligible games contribute to clearing the wagering requirement — slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms;
• Bets placed using the "Bonus Buy" or "Feature Buy" function in slot games do not count toward wagering requirements while Bonus Funds are active;
• Bociltoto enforces a maximum bet limit of RM250–RM500 per round (as specified per promotion) while Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated in the promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry window, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Bociltoto reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors in bonus credit systems, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gameplay.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games made available through bociltoto — including but not limited to video slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, crash titles, and sports betting markets — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer outcomes, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of bociltoto's operational systems and are audited by independent third-party testing agencies.

7.2 Sports Betting

Bociltoto offers sports betting on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other international sports markets. All bets are subject to the sports betting rules published on the Platform, including provisions relating to match abandonment, void markets, and in-play bet settlement. Bociltoto reserves the right to suspend markets, refuse bets, or void settled bets where evidence of irregular or suspicious activity is identified.

7.3 System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that causes an incorrect game outcome, payout, or odds quotation, bociltoto reserves the right to declare the affected round(s) or bet(s) void and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Bociltoto is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors, and Users may not rely on error-generated results to claim winnings that would not have been generated under normal system operation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bociltoto Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of all Account funds:

• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse as described in clause 6.4;
• Colluding with other users, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bociltoto staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bociltoto Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, text, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of bociltoto or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No portion of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of bociltoto.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bociltoto expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — regarding the Platform and its services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Bociltoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, regardless of cause;
• Any loss of data, winnings, or account access resulting from technical failure;
• Any delay in withdrawal processing beyond the published target timeframes;
• Any third-party payment processor failures or delays;
• Losses arising from the User's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional descriptions where such information was not the direct result of bociltoto's own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bociltoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Bociltoto's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

Bociltoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or money laundering;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information;
• The Account has been accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bociltoto.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bociltoto reserves the right to retain all Account funds pending investigation. Real Money Funds confirmed as legitimately deposited and not involved in any prohibited conduct may be returned after completion of the investigation, at bociltoto's sole discretion.

11.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting bociltoto support. Self-exclusion requests may also be submitted through the Responsible Gambling tools available on the Platform. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the User's verified payment method after completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Responsible Gambling

Bociltoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we maintain a suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: The Platform provides periodic reminders of session duration to promote awareness of time spent gambling;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications informing users of their net win/loss position during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion period, during which their Account will be blocked from all gaming activity;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may apply a short-term pause to their Account without initiating a full self-exclusion.

Amendments to These Terms

Bociltoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with clause 11.2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bociltoto holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bociltoto, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently through our internal complaints procedure. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under bociltoto's licensing terms.
